Am I the right therapist for you?

I believe in taking the time to find the right therapist. Choosing a therapist you connect with enhances your experience and motivates you to achieve your goals. I've learned the importance of being transparent and authentic so clients can understand what kind of therapist I am and find clients best suited for me.

I may not be the right therapist for you if you prefer a more concrete or linear approach. If you believe it’s the therapist’s responsibility to fix you and expect them to put in more effort than you're willing to, we might not be the best match. If you’re not committed to the process, therapy with me might not be effective. My approach may not resonate with you if you don’t value self-reflection or introspection.

I might be the right therapist if you want to look inward and experiment with hands-on techniques. You see yourself as sensitive, tender-hearted, or a creative individual dealing with challenges around self-esteem or self-expression. We could be a good fit if you’re interested in using creativity to connect with your authentic self or looking for a therapist who truly understands and affirms your experiences. If you find it difficult to set boundaries, navigate life transitions, or cope with feeling overwhelmed, I can help. My approach may resonate with you if you’re searching for a deeper connection to something greater, eager to explore your life’s purpose, or are motivated by self-reflection and empowerment. You thrive in environments that value autonomy, creativity, and introspection.

You can learn more about my approach on the About and Services pages to help you decide if I am the right therapist for you. I look forward to connecting!
